The Foundation.
At the Flora May Foundation, every individual from our board members to Corporate Liaisons (the generousness Fortune 100 companies that donate for our causes). foundation assistants are constantly working to find innovative and ever-growing ways to aid the Southern California community and beyond! What was once just a dream, is now reality. What was in Debbie Hansen’s mind that day has grown into a CA 501(c)3 that is not only state-recognized, but state-appreciated through all of the time, money, and resources that have been donated through the foundation.
We Value Empathy.
All donations that are collected have a 100% return rate to the children, single mothers, and struggling families that are in desperate need of financial assistance.
As the family unit fosters growth and the most necessary form of socialization, our goal is to create a better environment for the parents and children to create a life that leads them towards advancement rather than economic disadvantage. Though we may not all be able to be born into wealthy families and endure life without obstacle, our job here at the Flora May Foundation is to take as much of a burden off of these struggling peers as possible.
Many involved in the foundation have undergone their own extent of financial struggle, which only allows us to better understand and empathize for those who we aid. We do not judge based off of background, economic status, or any other factor and instead choose to focus on what we can do to help those in minority groups to reach their fullest potential.
